"Ray P. was awesome to work with. I was looking for condo insurance in Louisville, while residing in Illinois. Ray was very good with explaining options for me and made me feel that he wanted to earn my business. I did have another insurance provider before I made the call to State Farm, so Ray and I went through my current cost line by line, to make sure that the coverage I currently had was equal to (or better) than what he quoted. A bonus was that Ray's cost (State Farm) was less expensive, so it made switching even easier. However, price was not the primary reason that I switched. I felt very comfortable having Ray as my local insurance agent in the Louisville area. If you are looking for someone to treat you fair, offer competitive pricing and do a thorough job during the process of quoting your needs, Ray at Chris Bauer Agency in Louisville is your man.
