"I was hit by another state farm insured driver & that agent never called me. Chris is my agent but everytime I emailed him he said he would just forward the info to the other agent. We'll I had to talk to claims adjusters & people that give estimates for state farm & they told me that my agent should've handled this. I had to send photos thru the app & also another website after I called the corporate number. Chris never told me to do so this or even walked me through the process. I had to do all the leg work on my own. I even had to go get the police report myself. My parents have another insurance company & their agent went & got their police report when someone hit them. I've had state farm for over 30yrs & I have never had this bad service before. My last agent retired & I guess Chris took his clients. I will be switching agents. I shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to get paid for a wreck that wasn't even my fault."

"Jeff, I understand some of this frustration but you were hit by another State Farm customer that was drinking and driving. We did help you set up the claim through that persons insurance and not yours. Agents are not allowed access to other agents books of business therefore, we were needing the agent of records help. Moreover, that customer was not responding to his agent. This also added to the delay. I am sorry you feel this way."

"The lady I spoke with yesterday (04-10-2024)to set up my auto and life insurance was super nice , patient and explained everything in a way that was easy understand. I called a few minutes before closing I expected her to try to hurry to get everything processed before closing time but she didn’t all . We even shared a few stories about our children while waiting for everything to process . overall super friendly and professional 10/10 would definitely recommend! ( I wish I remembered her name i believe it started with a J but I could be wrong but I do know she has one little boy who is a mommas boy lol)"
